Free Shipping
YoshiLife Natural is pleased to offer free UPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders over $85. Orders under $85 are shipped via UPS Ground at the standard shipping rate.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to ship, particularly during sales events or periods of high order volume. Once your order leaves our studio in Canton, Georgia, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. YoshiLife Natural is not responsible for incorrect addresses or for packages that cannot be delivered due to unsafe delivery conditions.
If a package is returned to us because of an address error or unsafe delivery location, the customer will be responsible for all re‑shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their shipping information and order confirmation email immediately after placing an order. If a correction is needed, a new order may be required to ship to the correct address.
Lost Packages
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery. YoshiLife Natural is not responsible for packages that are lost or missing once they have been shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our stated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including major holidays, weather disruptions, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. YoshiLife Natural does not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and customer safety.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at helloyoshi247@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the packaging so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
